At Golden Valley Animal Hospital and Greenbrier Animal Hospitals, we believe in the importance of not only practicing high-quality medicine, but also in educating our clients on better methods of caring for their pets. Our goal in every visit is to improve the quality of life for our patients and clients, and that doesn’t stop at the hospital doors!
Brookview Animal Hospital was founded in Golden Valley in 1975 by Dr. Marc Rothstein to provide high-quality veterinary care to dogs, cats, birds, and exotic pets. The business attracted many clients, and in response, Dr. Rothstein opened Greenbrier Animal Hospital in Minnetonka in 1980. Dr. Leslie Goldblatt joined the practice in 1995, becoming a co-owner in 1999.
As the business continued to expand, it outgrew its original Golden Valley location. In 2007, Golden Valley Animal Hospital was purchased, and the business moved into its larger, more modern facility only one block away.
Over the years, four additional veterinarians joined the practice, allowing for the ability to provide the highest level of care to pets and their owners in two locations. In 2017 Dr. Reimann joined Dr. Goldblatt as a new owner of the clinic so Dr. Rothstein could prepare for retirement. At the end of May, 2022, Dr. Goldblatt has also retired, leaving Dr. Reimann as the sole owner of our practice. Dr. Reimann and the rest of our staff are excited to see our clinics grow and continue to give the best care possible to our patients!

What Our Clients Say…

Greenbrier was fantastic when I brought in my bearded dragon for an injury. They were fast, efficient, but also quite caring and kind. I appreciate them so much for helping my Rasta feel better! Thank you!

Greenbrier Animal Hospital is a wonderful pet clinic. I have worked with Dr. Leslie Goldblatt the most, but think highly of the other veterinarians and other staff at this clinic. They are all awesome and helped me immensely with two rescue kitties.
